How to Get Started?

Contact us to schedule your one on one assessment with one of our coaches. This initial meeting is so we can get to know you better, find out your goals, any past injuries we should be aware of, do a quick movement assessment and answer any questions you may have. 

CrossFit Lapeer provides group classes led by highly trained Coaches who have completed their CrossFit mandated training and achieved certificate holder status of CF Level 1 or higher. Our coaches are proficient in all CrossFit movements, proper barbell etiquette, mobility, range of motion and offer encouraging support to all athletes.

 

 

CrossFit Group Training

 

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements that can be scaled for all fitness levels. The workouts or WOD's change daily, concentrating on different muscle groups throughout the week. Again, the workouts are infinitely scalable meaning anyone CAN do CrossFit! 
 

Personal Training

Our personal training program provides one on one sessions focused on your individual goals. During the initial first meeting, your trainer will get to know you and design a program based on your individual needs and abilities. This is a great first step to get you acclimated with CrossFit movements, possibly a jump start into joining our group sessions later.

Sport Team Training

 

CrossFit Lapeer has designed sports specific programs following the CrossFit methodology to better prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons. Our main focus will be to work with the athletes on Injury Prevention through Mobility and Range of Motion as well as Balance, Strength, Conditioning, Speed and Agility. We believe the differentiating factor between athletes of equal ability is their mindset and the power of positive thinking; this will be part of our program during the workouts.
 

CrossFit Kids/ Teens
 
Our CrossFit Kids and Teens program will get your kids active while introducing them to the fundamentals of proper movement through play. We will teach your kids what a healthy lifestyle and functional movement can do for them.
