I AM NEW TO THIS STYLE OF TRAINING
Prior to starting classes, one of our coaches will lead you through a private Three-session course to teach you the basics. No prior fitness experience is required.
Who Can Benefit?
Anyone can benefit from Prep Course! Sometimes it’s good to revisit the basics even if you have experience. Prep Course, is however required for new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience. Prior experience involves at least 3
months of regular training at another CrossFit affiliate.
*CFL Prep Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience
What Is The
CFL Prep corse is $75 for the three sessions.
Once you have purchased the CFL Prep Course the head coach will contact you to schedule your one on one sessions

Spring Semester (14 Weeks)
Mondays @ 11am and 12pm
Class: CrossFit 6-12th grade
Class: Youth K-5th grade
CrossFit Youth (K-5th)
CrossFit Youth is a fun way for kids to experience and learn healthy lifestyle habits. In CrossFit Youth Students will focus on good movement, teamwork, building Confidence, and most of all having fun. The program will include running, body weight exercises, tumbling, games, etc. Kids will learn and practice functional movements. There will be activities designed to help develop critical thinking and reasoning skills that will instill confidence.
CrossFit 1 (6th – 12th)
CrossFit 1 teaches and develops the 10 general physical fitness skills. This class combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and balance, and coordination development. Students will be taught proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. Students will be engaged in activities that develop critical thinking and reasoning skills.
